In October 2014 Sothebys in London held the auction The Italian Sale, which included the work Vanitas Chain by Nicola Bolla. The »bidding war« ended at GBP 18,750.00 (€ 23,941.04), 25% above the upper estimate. Other works by Nicola Bolla have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of USD 46,600.00 (€ 29,948.59) in May 2008 for the work Vanitas (Teschio).
Oberer Schätzpreis um 25 % übertroffen
Im Oktober 2014 führte Sothebys in London die Auktion The Italian Sale durch, in der auch die Arbeit Vanitas Chain von Nicola Bolla zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von GBP 18.750,00 (€ 23.941,04) und damit 25% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Andere Arbeiten von Nicola Bolla haben noch höhere Preise erzielt - wir haben das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis von USD 46.600,00 (€ 29.948,59) im Mai 2008 für die Arbeit Vanitas (Teschio) beobachtet.
