Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Pantytones, 2002 by Nick Walker was sold in the British. Cool. auction at Bonhams in March this year. The price achieved of GBP 637.50 (€ 725.28) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 500.00 – 700.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Nick Walker achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Moona Lisa in March 2009 with an auction result of GBP 18,750.00 (€ 20,219.06).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Pantytones, 2002 von Nick Walker wurde im März diesen Jahres in der Auktion British. Cool. bei Bonhams versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 637,50 (€ 725,28) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 500,00 – 700,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Nick Walker erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Moona Lisa im März 2009 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 18.750,00 (€ 20.219,06).
