In September 2017 Artcurial in Paris held the auction More, which included the work Corancan - 2010 by Nick Walker. The »bidding war« ended at EUR 1,560.00 73% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Nick Walker achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Moona Lisa in March 2009 with an auction result of GBP 18,750.00 (€ 20,219.06).
Oberer Schätzpreis um 73 % übertroffen
Im September 2017 führte Artcurial in Paris die Auktion More durch, in der auch die Arbeit Corancan - 2010 von Nick Walker zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von EUR 1.560,00 und damit 73% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Nick Walker erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Moona Lisa im März 2009 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 18.750,00 (€ 20.219,06).
