Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Nick Goss could be acquired at Sothebys in London in August 2020 for an unexpectedly low price. In the Contemporary Art| London auction, the work Domino Foyer changed hands for GBP 7,560.00 (€ 8,471.43) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of GBP 10,000.00 – 15,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Nick Goss - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Calenture Fostic, which sold at auction in October 2020 for GBP 18,750.00 (€ 20,820.28).

In der Auktion Contemporary Art| London wechselte die Arbeit Domino Foyer für GBP 7.560,00 (€ 8.471,43) den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit das untere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 10.000,00 – 15.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Nick Goss mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Calenture Fostic beobachtet, die im Oktober 2020 für GBP 18.750,00 (€ 20.820,28) versteigert wurde.
