Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Flash Point by Nicholas Krushenick was sold in the New Now auction at Phillips in New York in September 2021. The price achieved of USD 15,120.00 (€ 13,060.38) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 12,000.00 – 18,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Nicholas Krushenick achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Yellow Crossing, White Field in September this year with an auction result of USD 264,600.00 (€ 250,000.00).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Flash Point von Nicholas Krushenick wurde im September 2021 in der Auktion New Now bei Phillips in New York versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von USD 15.120,00 (€ 13.060,38) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit USD 12.000,00 – 18.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Nicholas Krushenick erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Yellow Crossing, White Field im September diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 264.600,00 (€ 250.000,00).
