Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Lady with a Cat by Nguyen Khang was auctioned at Christies in Hong Kong in November 2018. It achieved a price of HKD 212,500.00 (€ 23,984.37), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 18%. Admittedly, works by Nguyen Khang have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Nguyen Khang | Fish in July last year with an auction result of HKD 1,260,000.00 (€ 157,222.11).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Lady with a Cat von Nguyen Khang kam im November 2018 bei Christies in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von HKD 212.500,00 (€ 23.984,37) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 18%. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Nguyen Khang auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Nguyen Khang | Fish im Juli letzten Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 1.260.000,00 (€ 157.222,11).
