Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Nedko Solakov could be acquired at Phillips in New York in September 2011 for an unexpectedly low price. In the Under the Influence auction, the work Daily Life Stories #1 - #9 changed hands for USD 16,250.00 (€ 12,082.68) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of USD 20,000.00 – 30,000.00. Admittedly, works by Nedko Solakov have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Romantic landscapes with missing parts in February 2011 with an auction result of GBP 60,050.00 (€ 70,733.88).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Dieses Kunstwerk von Nedko Solakov konnte im September 2011 bei Phillips in New York für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion Under the Influence wechselte die Arbeit Daily Life Stories #1 - #9 für USD 16.250,00 (€ 12.082,68) den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit das untere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von USD 20.000,00 – 30.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Nedko Solakov auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Romantic landscapes with missing parts im Februar 2011 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 60.050,00 (€ 70.733,88).
