Die Arbeit Untitled (Attar of Rose) von Nasser Ovissi kam im Oktober 2016 bei Christies in Dubai zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von USD 20.000,00 (€ 18.244,85) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 33%. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Nasser Ovissi auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Horses im Oktober 2008 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 122.500,00 (€ 96.593,60).
