The »bidding war« ended at EUR 5,850.00 46% above the upper estimate. Admittedly, works by Nasser Assar have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work without title in March 2016 with an auction result of USD 50,000.00 (€ 43,898.16).

Die Arbeit Sans Titre - 1976 von Nasser Assar wurde im März 2019 in der Auktion 20th Century Art 1950 to present bei Artcurial in Paris versteigert. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von EUR 5.850,00 und damit 46% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Nasser Assar auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit ohne Titel im März 2016 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 50.000,00 (€ 43.898,16).
