Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Composition, 1960 by Nasser Assar was sold in the Contemporary Art auction at Artcurial in Paris in October 2010. It changed hands for a price of EUR 3,444.00 achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of EUR 2,800.00 – 3,500.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Nasser Assar achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work without title in March 2016 with an auction result of USD 50,000.00 (€ 43,898.16).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Composition, 1960 von Nasser Assar wurde im Oktober 2010 in der Auktion Contemporary Art bei Artcurial in Paris versteigert. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von EUR 3.444,00 den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 2.800,00 – 3.500,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Nasser Assar erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit ohne Titel im März 2016 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 50.000,00 (€ 43.898,16).
