The work The Wheat Field (Haql Al-Qamh) by Naim Ismail was auctioned at Bonhams in London in November this year. It achieved a price of GBP 46,080.00 (€ 53,396.70), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 54%. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Naim Ismail; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot without title sold at auction in March 2020 with the realized price of GBP 62,500.00 (€ 70,575.30).

Die Arbeit The Wheat Field (Haql Al-Qamh) von Naim Ismail kam im November diesen Jahres bei Bonhams in London zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von GBP 46.080,00 (€ 53.396,70) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 54%. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von Naim Ismail; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit ohne Titel im März 2020 mit dem Hammerpreis von GBP 62.500,00 (€ 70.575,30).
