Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Orchard In Jaffa by Nahum Gutman was sold in the Israeli & International Art auction at Sothebys in New York in December 2016. Here, the upper estimate of USD 7,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for USD 7,500.00 (€ 7,107.66). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Nahum Gutman achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Tiberias Landscape in December 2018 with an auction result of USD 250,000.00 (€ 218,226.26).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Orchard In Jaffa von Nahum Gutman wurde im Dezember 2016 in der Auktion Israeli & International Art bei Sothebys in New York versteigert. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von USD 7.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für USD 7.500,00 (€ 7.107,66) einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Nahum Gutman erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Tiberias Landscape im Dezember 2018 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 250.000,00 (€ 218.226,26).
