A top price for N. Strekalovsky - as previously expected
The work Misr Airwork, Egyptian Airlines by N. Strekalovsky was auctioned at Christies in London in November 2011. The price achieved of GBP 3,125.00 (€ 3,648.12) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 2,500.00 – 3,500.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Misr Airwork, Egyptian Airlines is the most expensive artwork by N. Strekalovsky that we have observed at auctions so far.
Ein Spitzenpreis mit Ansage
Die Arbeit Misr Airwork, Egyptian Airlines von N. Strekalovsky kam im November 2011 bei Christies in London zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 3.125,00 (€ 3.648,12) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 2.500,00 – 3.500,00 angegeben worden. Auch wenn das Ergebnis damit nicht positiv überraschen konnte, ist Misr Airwork, Egyptian Airlines das teuerste Kunstwerk von N. Strekalovsky, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
