Auction result well in line with expectations
The work The Progressive Development Plan (Apple/Hand - Tank/Foliage) by Mustafa Hulusi was sold in the Contemporary Art Day auction at Phillips in London in February 2009. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of GBP 2,500.00 – 3,500.00, the actual price achieved of GBP 2,750.00 (€ 3,100.54) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Admittedly, works by Mustafa Hulusi have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Exstacy Almond Blossom 3 (L) in September 2016 with an auction result of GBP 20,000.00 (€ 23,162.48).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit The Progressive Development Plan (Apple/Hand - Tank/Foliage) von Mustafa Hulusi wurde im Februar 2009 in der Auktion Contemporary Art Day bei Phillips in London versteigert. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von GBP 2.500,00 – 3.500,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von GBP 2.750,00 (€ 3.100,54) konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Mustafa Hulusi auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Exstacy Almond Blossom 3 (L) im September 2016 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 20.000,00 (€ 23.162,48).
