Auction result misses estimated price range
In April 2019 a collector was able to acquire the work Expander (Baby Girl, Baby Boy) by Mustafa Hulusi for GBP 1,750.00 (€ 2,035.76). This price was achieved in the auction Contemporary Art Online at Sothebys in London and was even below the estimate range of GBP 2,000.00 – 3,000.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Mustafa Hulusi achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Exstacy Almond Blossom 3 (L) in September 2016 with an auction result of GBP 20,000.00 (€ 23,162.48).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im April 2019 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Expander (Baby Girl, Baby Boy) von Mustafa Hulusi für GBP 1.750,00 (€ 2.035,76) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Contemporary Art Online bei Sothebys in London erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 2.000,00 – 3.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Mustafa Hulusi erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Exstacy Almond Blossom 3 (L) im September 2016 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 20.000,00 (€ 23.162,48).
