This artwork by Mubin Orhon achieved an unexpectedly high price at Artcurial in Paris in March 2020. In the Contemporary Art auction, the work Sans Titre - 1964 sold for EUR 5,850.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 3,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Mubin Orhon achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Composition Abstraite, 1963 in June 2010 with an auction result of EUR 372,298.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis um 95 % übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Mubin Orhon erzielte im März 2020 bei Artcurial in Paris einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Contemporary Art wurde die Arbeit Sans Titre - 1964 für EUR 5.850,00 versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 3.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Mubin Orhon erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Composition Abstraite, 1963 im Juni 2010 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 372.298,00.
