Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Views Of London, Boston And New York by Mstislav Dobuzhinsky was sold in the Russian Pictures auction at Sothebys in London in November 2017. The price achieved of GBP 4,750.00 (€ 5,391.96) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 4,000.00 – 6,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Mstislav Dobuzhinsky achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Boats On The Neva in June 2014 with an auction result of GBP 92,500.00 (€ 115,574.32).
