Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Calligraphy in Seal Script by Mo Youzhi was auctioned at Christies in December 2021. Here, the upper estimate of HKD 60,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for HKD 68,750.00 (€ 7,787.37). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Mo Youzhi achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Hexagram Of Modesty In Seal Script Calligraphy in October 2014 with an auction result of HKD 1,416,000.00 (€ 145,781.32).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Calligraphy in Seal Script von Mo Youzhi kam im Dezember 2021 bei Christies zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von HKD 60.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für HKD 68.750,00 (€ 7.787,37) einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Mo Youzhi erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Hexagram Of Modesty In Seal Script Calligraphy im Oktober 2014 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 1.416.000,00 (€ 145.781,32).
