Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work A Time of Destiny by Miwa Komatsu was auctioned at POLY in Hong Kong in July last year. Here, the upper estimate of HKD 300,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for HKD 312,000.00 (€ 38,931.19). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Miwa Komatsu achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Sounds Of Festival (Painted In 2020) in April this year with an auction result of HKD 780,000.00 (€ 796,532.61).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit A Time of Destiny von Miwa Komatsu kam im Juli letzten Jahres bei POLY in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von HKD 300.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für HKD 312.000,00 (€ 38.931,19) einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Miwa Komatsu erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Sounds Of Festival (Painted In 2020) im April diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 780.000,00 (€ 796.532,61).
