Upper estimate price exceeded by more than 100%
This artwork by Mikhail Larionov achieved an unexpectedly high price at Christies in Paris in March last year. In the Une passion surréaliste : Collection Inna & Boris Salomon auction, the work Peinture sold for EUR 35,280.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 15,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Mikhail Larionov achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Still Life With Jug And Icon, C.1910-1912 in June 2007 with an auction result of GBP 2,260,000.00 (€ 3,353,726.33).
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Mikhail Larionov erzielte im März letzten Jahres bei Christies in Paris einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Une passion surréaliste : Collection Inna & Boris Salomon wurde die Arbeit Peinture für EUR 35.280,00 versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 15.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Mikhail Larionov erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Still Life With Jug And Icon, C.1910-1912 im Juni 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 2.260.000,00 (€ 3.353.726,33).
