In May 2011 a collector was able to acquire the work Untitled, 6 pieces by Mikael Lundberg for SEK 7,000.00 (€ 787.84). This price was achieved in the auction Contemporary & Design, Stockholm at Bukowski in Stockholm and was even below the estimate range of SEK 10,000.00 – 12,000.00 set by the auction house. Despite this disappointing result, Untitled, 6 pieces is the most expensive artwork by Mikael Lundberg that we have observed at auction so far.
