Auction result well in line with expectations
The work "Vase, Marrakesh", 1990. by Mikael Jansson was sold in the Contemporary Art & Design auction at Bukowski in Stockholm in April 2021. The price achieved of SEK 17,000.00 (€ 1,671.74) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as SEK 15,000.00 – 20,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Mikael Jansson achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Kendall Jenner, New York studio in May 2017 with an auction result of GBP 15,000.00 (€ 17,228.11).

Die Arbeit "Vase, Marrakesh", 1990. von Mikael Jansson wurde im April 2021 in der Auktion Contemporary Art & Design bei Bukowski in Stockholm versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von SEK 17.000,00 (€ 1.671,74) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit SEK 15.000,00 – 20.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Mikael Jansson erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Kendall Jenner, New York studio im Mai 2017 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 15.000,00 (€ 17.228,11).
