Auction result well in line with expectations
This work without title by Miguel Ybáñez was auctioned at Christies in Amsterdam in September 2007. The price achieved of EUR 1,250.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 1,000.00 – 1,500.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Miguel Ybáñez - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work without title, which sold at auction in September 2007 for EUR 4,375.00.

Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 1.250,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 1.000,00 – 1.500,00 angegeben worden. Für andere Arbeiten von Miguel Ybáñez mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit ohne Titel beobachtet, die im September 2007 für EUR 4.375,00 versteigert wurde.
