A top price for Migita Toshihide
In July 2005 Christies in London held the auction Japanese Art and Design, which included the work Unknown by Migita Toshihide. The »bidding war« ended at GBP 1,800.00 (€ 2,610.88), 50% above the upper estimate. This high result makes Unknown the most expensive artwork by Migita Toshihide that we have observed at auctions so far.

Im Juli 2005 führte Christies in London die Auktion Japanese Art and Design durch, in der auch die Arbeit Unknown von Migita Toshihide zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von GBP 1.800,00 (€ 2.610,88) und damit 50% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieses hohe Ergebnis macht Unknown zu dem teuersten Kunstwerk von Migita Toshihide, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
