In July 2005 Christies in London held the auction Japanese Art and Design, which included the work Unknown by Migita Toshihide. The »bidding war« ended at GBP 1,020.00 (€ 1,479.50), 28% above the upper estimate. Other works by Migita Toshihide have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of GBP 1,800.00 (€ 2,610.88) in July 2005 for the work Unknown.

Im Juli 2005 führte Christies in London die Auktion Japanese Art and Design durch, in der auch die Arbeit Unknown von Migita Toshihide zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von GBP 1.020,00 (€ 1.479,50) und damit 28% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Andere Arbeiten von Migita Toshihide haben noch höhere Preise erzielt - wir haben das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis von GBP 1.800,00 (€ 2.610,88) im Juli 2005 für die Arbeit Unknown beobachtet.
