A top price for Mick Rooney - as previously expected
The work Haberdasherland by Mick Rooney was sold in the 20th Century British Art auction at Christies in London in March 2005. The price achieved of GBP 3,600.00 (€ 5,243.03) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 3,000.00 – 5,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Haberdasherland is the most expensive artwork by Mick Rooney that we have observed at auctions so far.
