Auction result well in line with expectations
In October 2014 Artcurial held the auction Impressionist & Modern Art, which included the work Vase D'Orchidees - Circa 1922-1925 by Michel Kikoïne. The price achieved of EUR 7,150.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 6,000.00 – 8,000.00. Admittedly, works by Michel Kikoïne have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Still Life Of Flowers in November 2008 with an auction result of GBP 37,250.00 (€ 45,038.05).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Oktober 2014 führte Artcurial die Auktion Impressionist & Modern Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Vase D'Orchidees - Circa 1922-1925 von Michel Kikoïne zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 7.150,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 6.000,00 – 8.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Michel Kikoïne auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Still Life Of Flowers im November 2008 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 37.250,00 (€ 45.038,05).
