Auction result misses estimated price range
In October 2007 a collector was able to acquire the work The First Real Irish Political Picture by Michael Farrell for GBP 14,900.00 (€ 21,397.38). This price was achieved in the auction Modern and Contemporary Irish Art at Sothebys in London and was even below the estimate range of GBP 15,000.00 – 20,000.00 set by the auction house. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Michael Farrell - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work The Third Very Real Irish Political Picture, which sold at auction in May 2007 for GBP 36,000.00 (€ 52,976.44).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im Oktober 2007 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit The First Real Irish Political Picture von Michael Farrell für GBP 14.900,00 (€ 21.397,38) erwerben.
