Upper estimate price exceeded by more than 100%
This artwork by Michal Rovner achieved an unexpectedly high price at Sothebys in New York in July 2020. In the The Ginny Williams Collection: Part II auction, the work Outside No. 14 sold for USD 6,875.00 (€ 5,839.14) - well above the upper estimate of USD 3,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Michal Rovner achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Shayara in October 2018 with an auction result of USD 100,000.00 (€ 88,245.68).
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Michal Rovner erzielte im Juli 2020 bei Sothebys in New York einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion The Ginny Williams Collection: Part II wurde die Arbeit Outside No. 14 für USD 6.875,00 (€ 5.839,14) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von USD 3.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Michal Rovner erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Shayara im Oktober 2018 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 100.000,00 (€ 88.245,68).
