Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Field 1.3 by Michal Rovner was auctioned at Phillips in 7 - in December this year. The price achieved of USD 3,556.00 (€ 3,214.61) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 3,000.00 – 5,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Michal Rovner achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Shayara in October 2018 with an auction result of USD 100,000.00 (€ 88,245.68).

Die Arbeit Field 1.3 von Michal Rovner kam im Dezember diesen Jahres bei Phillips in 7 - zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von USD 3.556,00 (€ 3.214,61) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit USD 3.000,00 – 5.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Michal Rovner erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Shayara im Oktober 2018 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 100.000,00 (€ 88.245,68).
