A top price for Michael Wilkinson - as previously expected
The work Wanted mirror 7 by Michael Wilkinson was sold in the Contemporary Day Sale auction at Phillips in London in July 2014. The price achieved of GBP 10,000.00 (€ 12,613.14) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 8,000.00 – 12,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Wanted mirror 7 is the most expensive artwork by Michael Wilkinson that we have observed at auctions so far.
