In November 2014 Grisebach held the auction Auktionen 229-236 - Photographie, which included the work „Staatsempfang / Official Reception“, aus: „The Family of Dog“. by Michael Ruetz. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of EUR 1,500.00 – 1,800.00, the actual price achieved of EUR 1,562.00 could thus just exceed the lower estimate. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Michael Ruetz - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Berlin, Alexanderplatz, 1973Silver Print, Printed 1995. On The Reverse, Signed, Titled, Dated And Annotated In Pencil By The Photographer, And With The Photographer'S 'Authentic Print' Stamp., which sold at auction in May 2011 for EUR 3,500.00.

Im November 2014 führte Grisebach die Auktion Auktionen 229-236 - Photographie durch, in der auch die Arbeit „Staatsempfang / Official Reception“, aus: „The Family of Dog“. von Michael Ruetz zur Versteigerung kam. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von EUR 1.500,00 – 1.800,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von EUR 1.562,00 konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Für andere Arbeiten von Michael Ruetz mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Berlin, Alexanderplatz, 1973Silver Print, Printed 1995.
