The work Moving Green by Michael Kidner was auctioned at Sothebys in London in November 2014. The auction ended at the price of GBP 10,000.00 (€ 12,572.76), which exactly corresponded to the upper end of the estimated price range of GBP 7,000.00 – 10,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Michael Kidner - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Orange And White Painting, which sold at auction in June 2017 for GBP 25,000.00 (€ 28,470.34).

Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von GBP 10.000,00 (€ 12.572,76) entsprach exakt dem oberen Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 7.000,00 – 10.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Michael Kidner mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Orange And White Painting beobachtet, die im Juni 2017 für GBP 25.000,00 (€ 28.470,34) versteigert wurde.
