This price was achieved in the auction FINE CLASSICAL CHINESE PAINTINGS AND CALLIGRAPHY at Christies in Hong Kong and exceeded the previously set upper estimate of HKD 80,000.00 many times over. This high result makes Landscape the most expensive artwork by Mi Wanzhong that we have observed at auctions so far.
