Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Moon over Laonung River by Mi-Li-Tsun Nan was sold in the Chinese Contemporary Ink auction at Christies in Hong Kong in May 2018. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of HKD 100,000.00 – 150,000.00, the actual price achieved of HKD 112,500.00 (€ 12,291.13) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Other works by Mi-Li-Tsun Nan have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in May 2017 the work Backyard – Old Tree of Hometown 9 was auctioned for HKD 212,500.00 (€ 24,264.64).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Moon over Laonung River von Mi-Li-Tsun Nan wurde im Mai 2018 in der Auktion Chinese Contemporary Ink bei Christies in Hong Kong versteigert. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von HKD 100.000,00 – 150.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von HKD 112.500,00 (€ 12.291,13) konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Andere Arbeiten von Mi-Li-Tsun Nan konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im Mai 2017 die Arbeit Backyard – Old Tree of Hometown 9 für HKD 212.500,00 (€ 24.264,64) versteigert.
