The work Guardian angel by Merab Abramishvili was sold in the Russian Art auction at Christies in London in June 2017. It achieved a price of GBP 16,250.00 (€ 18,505.72), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 35%. Admittedly, works by Merab Abramishvili have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work 'Black Panther' in July this year with an auction result of GBP 76,600.00 (€ 89,368.98).
Oberer Schätzpreis um 35 % übertroffen
Die Arbeit Guardian angel von Merab Abramishvili wurde im Juni 2017 in der Auktion Russian Art bei Christies in London versteigert. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von GBP 16.250,00 (€ 18.505,72) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 35%. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Merab Abramishvili auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit 'Black Panther' im Juli diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 76.600,00 (€ 89.368,98).
