The work Ten Scenic Spots On Mount Huangshan by Mei Qing was worth GBP 180,500.00 (€ 252,746.70) to a buyer in November 2007. This price was achieved in the auction The Mu-Fei Collection of Chinese Paintings at Sothebys in London and exceeded the previously set upper estimate of GBP 15,000.00 many times over. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Mei Qing; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Scenes Of Mt. Huang sold at auction in October 2015 with the realized price of HKD 3,440,000.00 (€ 401,883.72).

Die Arbeit Ten Scenic Spots On Mount Huangshan von Mei Qing war einem Käufer im November 2007 GBP 180.500,00 (€ 252.746,70) wert. Dieser Preise wurde in der Auktion The Mu-Fei Collection of Chinese Paintings bei Sothebys in London erzielt und übertraf den zuvor angesetzten oberen Schätzpreis von GBP 15.000,00 um ein Vielfaches. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von Mei Qing; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit Scenes Of Mt. Huang im Oktober 2015 mit dem Hammerpreis von HKD 3.440.000,00 (€ 401.883,72).
