A top price for Mehdi Moutashar
This artwork by Mehdi Moutashar achieved an unexpectedly high price at Christies in Dubai in October 2015. In the Modern & Contemporary Art auction, the work Zone 28 sold for USD 27,500.00 (€ 24,904.91) - well above the upper estimate of USD 12,000.00. This high result makes Zone 28 the most expensive artwork by Mehdi Moutashar that we have observed at auctions so far.
