Upper estimate price exceeded by more than 100%
This artwork by Max Papart achieved an unexpectedly high price at Artcurial in Paris in March 2021. In the Contemporary Art auction, the work Le Cor - 1958 sold for EUR 2,990.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 1,200.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Max Papart achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Musiciens in May 2011 with an auction result of USD 59,375.00 (€ 41,301.47).
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Max Papart erzielte im März 2021 bei Artcurial in Paris einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Contemporary Art wurde die Arbeit Le Cor - 1958 für EUR 2.990,00 versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 1.200,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Max Papart erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Musiciens im Mai 2011 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 59.375,00 (€ 41.301,47).
