Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Max Papart could be acquired at Artcurial in March 2021 for an unexpectedly low price. In the Prints Online auction, the work Funambule - Circa 1980 changed hands for EUR 65.00 - missing the lower end of the estimate range of EUR 150.00 – 200.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Max Papart achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Musiciens in May 2011 with an auction result of USD 59,375.00 (€ 41,301.47).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Dieses Kunstwerk von Max Papart konnte im März 2021 bei Artcurial für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion Prints Online wechselte die Arbeit Funambule - Circa 1980 für EUR 65,00 den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit das untere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 150,00 – 200,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Max Papart erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Musiciens im Mai 2011 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 59.375,00 (€ 41.301,47).
