Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Maurice August Del Mue could be acquired at Bonhams in Los Angeles in August last year for an unexpectedly low price. In the California Art auction, the work Fisherman Cottage (Mendocino Coast) changed hands for USD 1,912.50 (€ 1,900.15) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of USD 3,000.00 – 5,000.00.
