The work Deconstructed Mickey (White) by Matt Gondek was sold in the 24/7 auction at Phillips in an online auction in October 2019. The »bidding war« ended at HKD 50,000.00 (€ 5,714.93), 25% above the upper estimate. Admittedly, works by Matt Gondek have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Aggression in March 2021 with an auction result of HKD 239,400.00 (€ 26,217.18).

Die Arbeit Deconstructed Mickey (White) von Matt Gondek wurde im Oktober 2019 in der Auktion 24/7 bei Phillips in einer Online-Auktion versteigert. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von HKD 50.000,00 (€ 5.714,93) und damit 25% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Matt Gondek auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Aggression im März 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 239.400,00 (€ 26.217,18).
