The work Boy – Pink Symbiote by Matt Gondek was auctioned at Phillips in an online auction in October 2019. It achieved a price of HKD 137,500.00 (€ 15,716.05), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 53%. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Matt Gondek; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Aggression sold at auction in March 2021 with the realized price of HKD 239,400.00 (€ 26,217.18).

Die Arbeit Boy – Pink Symbiote von Matt Gondek kam im Oktober 2019 bei Phillips in einer Online-Auktion zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von HKD 137.500,00 (€ 15.716,05) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 53%. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von Matt Gondek; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit Aggression im März 2021 mit dem Hammerpreis von HKD 239.400,00 (€ 26.217,18).
