The work Astroboy Deconstructed by Matt Gondek was auctioned at Phillips in an online auction in May 2020. It achieved a price of HKD 10,625.00 (€ 1,235.02), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 52%. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Matt Gondek achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Aggression in March 2021 with an auction result of HKD 239,400.00 (€ 26,217.18).

Die Arbeit Astroboy Deconstructed von Matt Gondek kam im Mai 2020 bei Phillips in einer Online-Auktion zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von HKD 10.625,00 (€ 1.235,02) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 52%. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Matt Gondek erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Aggression im März 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 239.400,00 (€ 26.217,18).
