Sold at the lower estimate price
In June 2020 Christies in Paris held the auction Post-War and Contemporary Art, which included the work Te^te de jeune fille by Martial Raysse. The result of EUR 100,000.00 was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of EUR 100,000.00 – 150,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Martial Raysse achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work L'année dernière à Capri (titre exotique) (Last Year in Capri (Exotic Title)) in February 2011 with an auction result of GBP 4,073,250.00 (€ 4,797,947.71).
Zuschlag beim unteren Schätzpreis
Im Juni 2020 führte Christies in Paris die Auktion Post-War and Contemporary Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Te^te de jeune fille von Martial Raysse zur Versteigerung kam. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von EUR 100.000,00 entsprach exakt dem unteren Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 100.000,00 – 150.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Martial Raysse erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit L'année dernière à Capri (titre exotique) (Last Year in Capri (Exotic Title)) im Februar 2011 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 4.073.250,00 (€ 4.797.947,71).
