Estimated price slightly exceeded
In June 2011 VAN HAM held the auction Photographie, which included the work Abstrakte Formen in Holz by Marta Hoepffner. Here, the estimate of EUR 400.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for EUR 426.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Marta Hoepffner achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Selbstbildnis (Solarisation), 1938 in October 2019 with an auction result of USD 17,500.00 (€ 15,688.03).
Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im Juni 2011 führte VAN HAM die Auktion Photographie durch, in der auch die Arbeit Abstrakte Formen in Holz von Marta Hoepffner zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der Schätzpreis von EUR 400,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für EUR 426,00 einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Marta Hoepffner erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Selbstbildnis (Solarisation), 1938 im Oktober 2019 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 17.500,00 (€ 15.688,03).
