Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Wheatfields by Markey Robinson was auctioned at Christies in London in May 2008. Here, the upper estimate of GBP 2,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for GBP 2,250.00 (€ 2,862.10). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Markey Robinson achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Celestial Homes, Co. Kerry, Overlooking Macgillycuddy'S Reeks in May 2005 with an auction result of GBP 21,600.00 (€ 31,888.38).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Wheatfields von Markey Robinson kam im Mai 2008 bei Christies in London zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von GBP 2.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für GBP 2.250,00 (€ 2.862,10) einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Markey Robinson erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Celestial Homes, Co.
