Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Cottages IV by Markey Robinson was auctioned at Bonhams in London in December 2020. Here, the upper estimate of GBP 1,500.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for GBP 1,530.00 (€ 1,709.15). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Markey Robinson achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Celestial Homes, Co. Kerry, Overlooking Macgillycuddy'S Reeks in May 2005 with an auction result of GBP 21,600.00 (€ 31,888.38).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Cottages IV von Markey Robinson kam im Dezember 2020 bei Bonhams in London zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von GBP 1.500,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für GBP 1.530,00 (€ 1.709,15) einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Markey Robinson erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Celestial Homes, Co. Kerry, Overlooking Macgillycuddy'S Reeks im Mai 2005 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 21.600,00 (€ 31.888,38).
