A top price for Maria Marevna
In November 2021 Sothebys in London held the auction Russian Pictures, which included the work Reclining Nude by Maria Marevna. The »bidding war« ended at GBP 94,500.00 (€ 110,951.89), 58% above the upper estimate. This high result makes Reclining Nude the most expensive artwork by Maria Marevna that we have observed at auctions so far.

Im November 2021 führte Sothebys in London die Auktion Russian Pictures durch, in der auch die Arbeit Reclining Nude von Maria Marevna zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von GBP 94.500,00 (€ 110.951,89) und damit 58% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieses hohe Ergebnis macht Reclining Nude zu dem teuersten Kunstwerk von Maria Marevna, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
