This artwork by Maria Marevna achieved an unexpectedly high price at Sothebys in London in June 2017. In the Russian Pictures auction, the work Still Life With Lilies sold for GBP 11,250.00 (€ 12,811.65) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 6,000.00. Admittedly, works by Maria Marevna have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Reclining Nude in November 2021 with an auction result of GBP 94,500.00 (€ 110,951.89).

Dieses Kunstwerk von Maria Marevna erzielte im Juni 2017 bei Sothebys in London einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Russian Pictures wurde die Arbeit Still Life With Lilies für GBP 11.250,00 (€ 12.811,65) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von GBP 6.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Maria Marevna auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Reclining Nude im November 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 94.500,00 (€ 110.951,89).
